Bounds for the perturbed Cebyšev functionals $ Cleft( f,gight) -mu Cleft( e,gight) $ and $ Cleft( f,gight) -mu Cleft( e,gight) -<br />u Cleft( f,eight) $ when $ mu ,<br />u in mathbb{R}$ and $ e$ is the identity function on the interval $ left[ a,bight] ,$ are given. Applications for some Grüss' type inequalities are also provided.;
