dependence

The holomorphic dependence of the integral on l follows from (4).

For convenience we ignore the dependence of f on g.

For simplicity, we suppress the explicit dependence on x in the notation.

When there is no ambiguity we drop the dependence on B and write just YT for YT,B.

Strictly speaking, we should write something like a(l,m,n) to reflect the dependence; we shall rely upon context instead.

We must now bring dependence on d into the arguments of [9].
