Online Submission

The journal provides two ways of article submission: as an attachment using the e-mail (submission@geman.in) or through the online submission form (click here). For initial submission, we prefer a singe file of the manuscript containing all tables, figures and other relevant data in .pdf, .doc or .docx format only. Other files such as source file in LaTex or supplementary files in other formats should be sent for production purpose after acceptance or on prior request by the journal office.

After e-mail submission, the journal office may contact the corresponding author through the same e-mail the submission is received for other relevant information and data, if necessary. In case of submission through online submission form, the corresponding author will receive a system generated confirmation message in his/her registered e-mail inbox containing all submitted information and data.

If all submitted information and file(s) are in order to use for peer-reviewing, the submission will be assigned a reference number and the same will be communicated to the corresponding author's e-mail address along with  other guidelines such as expected time to complete review and editorial processes, handling editor's name etc.

Kindly keep the manuscript reference number in safe place for subsequent use in every correspondence relating the manuscript.
