Publication Policies
Peer-Review
Peer review is a process of evaluation involving qualified individuals within the relevant field. Peer review methods are employed to maintain standards, improve performance and provide credibility. In academia peer review is used to determine an academic paper's suitability for publication.
We apply Single-blind peer review: Reviewers are aware of the identity of the authors, but authors are unaware of the identity of reviewers. There are at least three or more reviewers for the total number of articles in each issue. Preferable reviewer of a manuscript will be independent and non-native to the author(s).
All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed for: Originality, Presentation and Contribution to Knowledge.
To initiate and complete rewiew and editorial processes, the possible types of communication are shown diagrammatically below involving Author, Editorial Office, Editor and Reviewer:

Geographic Distribution of Editors
The geographic distribution of editors of each journal is International - different continents. The posts of Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor and Editors are honorary in nature (without any financial benefit).
Ethical and Malpractice Statement
The publisher is committed to maintaining a high academic standard of the journal. The publisher is non-political (i.e., only scholarly) and absolutely unbiased to any political party or ideology (religious, national, ideological), and completely research-based. Thus we commit to maintain a high ethical standard and be absolutely impartial to anyone.
We expect similar standards from the editors and reviewers. Honesty, originality and fair dealing on the part of authors, and fairness, objectivity and confidentiality on the part of editors and reviewers are among the critical values that enable us to achieve the journal aim. The publisher respects the codes of conduct and international standards established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and available free of charge on its website (http://publicationethics.org/). Any behaviour against publication ethics when proven will be treated as publication malpractice and beyond doubt is unacceptable.
